Goodstead Solutions is a Today Capital Group sub-brand. The information you provide through this site is sent to Today Capital Group’s intake system so the team can review your inquiry and follow up.

Information collected

Our initial forms collect your name, business name, phone number, email, industry, selected service, and any description you provide. Funding inquiries also collect a requested amount, business ownership status, operating history, estimated monthly revenue, and an approximate credit range. Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank login details, or account numbers in the initial inquiry.

Full funding applications and documents

After your inquiry, the full application collects business identity and address details, EIN, owner identity and address details, Social Security number, date of birth, ownership percentage, financing information, and your electronic signature. You may also upload PDF bank statements. These are sent to Today Capital Group’s application and document systems for financing review. We do not ask for bank login credentials.

How information is used and shared

The team uses this information to respond to your request, discuss services or financing options, and maintain the inquiry record. Funding information may be shared with funding providers for evaluation. Service providers supporting intake, customer management, and follow-up may process information for these purposes.

Contact preferences

The form asks you to request phone or email follow-up about your inquiry. You can ask the representative who contacts you to update your contact preferences or stop further follow-up.

Attribution and storage

We retain campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, and referring agent information when included in the page link. This information is stored in your browser’s session storage and attached to your inquiry. Contact and financial form entries are not saved in browser storage by this website. A signed, HttpOnly session cookie connects your inquiry, application, and uploads for up to 24 hours; it contains a record reference and no Social Security number, bank statement, or financial entries.

Security and your requests

Production forms transmit information over HTTPS. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information, subject to applicable retention requirements, through your Today Capital Group representative or the Today Capital Group website.
